The composite department
Vega Composites’ highly skilled composite department specializes in pre-preg technology and is recognized by leading firms in the defense sector for its construction of single-skin and sandwich structures, structural bonding, machining, and painting of components. Our rigorous incoming checks on each material and comprehensive recording of each phase of the production process ensures the repeatability and reliability of our products. With a focus on quality and precision, our composite department is dedicated to meeting the highest standards and exceeding the expectations of our clients.
The workshop department
Vega Composites stands out from other companies in the composite industry thanks to its in-house workshop, equipped with state-of-the-art 3, 4, and 5-axis NC machines. Our team of highly skilled employees is proficient in using CAD-CAM software (Hypermill) and can work with a wide range of materials, from composites to titanium and special steels. With our advanced technology and expertise, we are capable of producing high-quality products with precision and efficiency.
The technical department
Vega Composites’ technical department offers series or customized production to satisfy the most demanding customers. Using a 3D-CAD program (Solid Edge), our highly skilled engineers develop new projects, design models and molds, and create all the necessary production documents. Our technical staff can upgrade projects to replace metallic parts with composite materials and find new technical solutions for specific applications.
